After his medical graduation as M.D. (Physician) from the prestigious Peoples' Friendship University in Moscow, Russia, he pursued his clinical practice for 7 years at Government and private Hospitals.

He has been associated with insurance companies as Advisor for Health Insurance products. With his expertise in medical services, products and health insurance, he is leading ANINS Healthcare team as the Director of the company.

Dr. Ashwin Oommen Philips, is a leading Medical Oncologist with more than 14 years of experience in Oncology. He did his post graduation in Internal Medicine from St. Stephen's Hospital in Delhi and then completed his DM in Medical Oncology from Cancer Institute in Adyar in Chennai.

Presently, he is Associate Professor & Head of the Department of Medical Oncology at the Christian Medical College and Hospital in Ludhiana, and a visiting consultant at Mohandai Cancer Hospital. He is also a Prinicipal Investigator with Network of Clinical Trials in India (NOCI). His rich clinical knowledge is highly valuable for ANINS Healthcare to drive clinical excellence in the organisational endeavours.

Dr. Ashish Sharma is an Internal Medicine trained physician and an academic faculty at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Mercy Hospital After completing his medical school from Government Medical College Amritsar, he joined as a research associate at University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and later competed his Internal Medicine residency at University of Pittsburgh.

He has more than a decade of clinical and academic experience involving training of Internal Medicine residents. He is also actively involved in quality improvement projects at his establishment. ANINS Healthcare is grateful for his continuing mentorship on quality processes and training.

Dr. Kamal Lalit is a healthcare professional with more than 20 years of experience in health services and pharmaceuticals. After his graduation as M.D. (Physician) from the prestigious Tver Medical Institute in Russia, he pursued his clinical medicine practice in Chandigarh.

He then started his venture in pharmaceuticals and manufacturing, including retail pharmacy in PGI Hospital Chandigarh, the largest medical institute of Chandigarh and Punjab.
